Single Family Rentals Require Carbon Monoxide Detectors

As of July 1, 2011 all single family dwellings which are  owner occupied or rentals must have carbon monoxide detectors installed outside each of the sleeping areas. On January 1, 2013 all apartments will be required to comply with the carbon monoxide regulation as well.
